CONDENSED
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.

Payment ONLY through Cashapp, Zelle, or Kofi + Paypal.
Must be paid in USD. (United States Dollar)
PAYMENT UPFRONT ONLY before commission process starts.
Commissions are non-refundable, unless deadline / extension / given time has passed.
Commission process takes 1-2 weeks min. - 2 months max. (depending on queue and/or size of order.)
Client rushing / hurrying commission process may result in halt of commission.
References are preferred for desired commission. (Full character sheets, pose references, etc.)
Commission revisions are limited. Revisions will cost additionally depending on size and/or quantity/amount.
Commission will be delivered digitally.
Artist/Seller will not be responsible for loss of commission once it has been delivered.
Request privacy of commission if preferred.
Commissions cannot be used for commercial use without permission, credit and additional fees.
Seller has full rights and ownership of commissions.
Seller has rights to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.
Commissions cannot be claimed, traced, edited, copied, modified, or reposted as your own.
Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any related future inventions.
Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any related future inventions.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [October 18th, 2026]This contract applies to the artist/seller and client purchasing from artist/seller a work of art further called commission. By ordering commissions from the artist/seller, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Client agrees to pay the due amount upfront.
2. Client accepts that work on the commission will not commence until payment has been received by artist/seller.
3. Commission request will be canceled if client fails to pay for commission within 7 days.
4. Split payments, percentage of payment after progress, or any other processes of payment other than upfront payment is not accepted by artist/seller.
5. If client proceeds with PayPal as payment method, client accepts to pay small PayPal calculated fee for artist/seller to receive full total calculated commission price.
✦ 6a. If client proceeds with Kofi, client accepts to pay small PayPal calculated fee for artist/seller to receive full total calculated commission price.
✦ 6b. If client proceeds with Kofi, any missing requested add-ons will be invoiced seperately.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
7. Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
8. It is the sole responsibility of client to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the artist/seller.
9. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on artist/seller's USD account is equal to the order/invoice amount in USD.
REFUND POLICY
10. Client accepts any and all commissions are non-refundable, unless deadline/extension/given time has passed.
11. Artist/Seller accepts to communicate to client about any interruptions of work. This includes unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other reason.REVISIONS
12. Client accepts that revisions, depending on size and/or quantity/amount costs additionally.
Any such increase will be invoiced/ordered separately. Work on any additional requests will not commence until the payment for the revision(s) has been received.
TIME
13. Client accepts commission process will take in between 1-2 weeks minimum - 2 months maximum, depending on client's queue position and/or size of commission order.
14. Any form of rushing or hurrying the commission process gives artist/seller full right to halt the commission process.
15. Client obliges to contact the artist/seller in a fast and responsive manner if and when possible, responding swiftly to any requests for questions, comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of client will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the commission.
CANCELLATIONS
16. Artist/Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to client.
17. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Artist/Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the client in the future.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
18. Artist/Seller provides images of progress of client's commission as PNGs. Artist/Seller will not provide CSP/PSD files.
19. Client agrees commission will be delivered digitally to social platform used for commission communication between client and artist/seller.
20. Loss of commission will not be reimbursed by the artist/seller.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
21. Commission received by client is for personal use only. Any use of the commission for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the artist/seller. This will require a separate agreement between client and artist/seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the commission.✦ 22a. Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any related future inventions.
✦ 22b. Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any related future inventions.ARTIST/SELLER RIGHTS
23. Artist/Seller has full rights and ownership of client's commission(s).
24. Artist/Seller has full right to decline a commission request before or during the process for any reason.
25. Artist/Seller has full right to post commissions to any platforms for display, advertisement/promotion, or any other reasons. Client accepts to request commission privacy if preferred.
CLIENT AGREEMENTS
26. Client agrees that commission cannot be claimed, traced, edited, copied, modified, or reposted as their own.
27. Client agrees to credit artist/seller for any use of the commission.
28. Client may not remove any watermarks on the commission.

COMMISSION PROCESS
Steps to the commission process between client and artist/seller.
1. Client reads terms of service, additional applicable information, and prices before purchasing.
2. Client contacts artist/seller via social media direct messages (preferred Twitter, TikTok or Discord), requests/asks artist/seller to commission, and communicate any further details.
3. Client fills out commission form and agrees to TOS and all other information.
4a. Artist/Seller gathers information from client's commission form, presents client with all order details collected from client's form, and any necessary changes are made/communicated.
4b. (If PayPal used) Artist/Seller creates invoice with all information, order details, and TOS attached.
5. Client completes upfront purchase.6. Commission process begins depending on client's queue position.7. Artist/Seller provides images of progress, communicates with client about any questions, comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc.8. Artist/Seller delivers full and finished commission as PNG to client.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
"Why are your prices so expensive???"
✦✦ Time, effort and heavy detail makes up for the prices. The more expensive the order, the more those key elements are put into the order. Drawing is very time consuming, so please be considerable for how long + how much I put into clients' well paid commissions!
"Why are there certain products / addons listed as "prices vary?""
✦✦ Prices vary depending on the type of addon, as well as what the client requests.
✦✦ i.e. = Client orders "pet" addon, and wants the pet to be a ferret. With the ferret being small and easier to draw, the price for the addon will be low.
vs.
✦✦ i.e. = Client orders "pet" addon, and wants the pet to be a dragon. Depending on the size of the dragon, the price for the addon will be higher.

✦✦ *i.e. = Client orders "scenic background", and wants the background to be a beach scene. With the scene being simple to draw, the price for the background will be low.
